Head Constable (Steward) – Matriculation from a recognised Board or Institution. Should have a Diploma or certificate in Catering Kitchen management from a reputed institute. One year experience in similar job in a reputed hotel.

Head Constable (Veterinary) – Intermediate (10+2) examination pass with Science and Biology as main subject from a recognised Board/University; and Possess two years Diploma Course in Veterinary and Livestock Development or Veterinary Stock Assistant Course or Animal Husbandry Course from an institution recognized by the Central Government or State Government.

Desirable: One year experience in treatment of different species of animals, in a recognised Veterinary Hospital.

Head Constable (Commn) – Intermediate or equivalent passed in Science with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics from a recognised Board or University; or Should have a three years diploma in Electronics or Communications or Computer Science or Information Technology from a recognised Institute.

Age Limit (As on 18.06.2023) :

1. Head Constable (Electrician) – Between 18 and 25 years

2. Head Constable (Mechanic) only for male – Between 21 and 27 years

3. Head Constable (Steward) – Between 18 and 25 years

4. Head Constable (Veterinary) – Between 18 and 25 years

5. Head Constable (Commn) – Between 18 and 25 years

The Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC and for Ex-S as per Govt. of India rules. Candidates Relaxation in Upper Age limit will be provided as per Govt. Rules.
