Sashastra Seema Bal Recruitment Age Limit:

Applicants should have minimum of 21 years and maximum of 27 years for Post(1), 18 – 23 years for Post(2 to 6). Age relaxation to the reserved category candidates will be applicable as per govt rules.

Sashastra Seema Bal Recruitment Educational Qualification:

Candidates should have completed Matriculation or equivalent from a recognized Board and Must possess valid Heavy Vehicle Driving license for Post(1), Matriculation or equivalent from a recognized board with 02 years Diploma from recognized Industrial Training Institute in the Trade or similar Trade or 01 year Certificate Course from a recognized Industrial Training Institute or Vocational Institute with at least 01 year Experience in the Trade or 02 years work Experience in respective Trades for remaining Posts. Candidates will be selected based on performance in Physical Efficiency Test(PST), Physical Standard Test(PST), Documentation, writen examination followed by Medical Test conducted by Directorate Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB), New Delhi.

Exam Pattern for SSB Constable Recruitment 2016

SSB written exam includes multiple choice objective type question. Candidates have to choose one correct answer from given four answers (A, B, C, D) for one particular question. The questions paper was divided in to two parts. Part 1 include question from general knowledge, Numerical Ability, General English & Hindi, General Reasoning. Each part carrying 25 questions with 25 marks allotted for each part which will be total of 100 marks. Paper 2 consist of 100 questions carrying 100 marks. SSB Constable Cut off Marks 2016

The selection of the candidates will be based on the SSB Constable Exam Cut off marks; if the candidate’s score more than the cut off marks then they will be eligible for the next process. The minimum cut off percentage of marks for selection will be 35% for General and Ex-servicemen and 33% for SC/ST/OBC.
