Educational Qualification
1.General Employee (MTS) on Regular Scale :
• Should have passed Matriculation or equivalent from recognised Board.
Desirable Qualifications:
• Higher qualification, candidates having certificate of National Skill Development Course/any govt sponsored institute in any of the trade fields viz Cooking, Carpentry. Electrician. Welding, Computer Hardware Course, Data Entry Course etc. will be preferred. The candidate should be physically fit.
2. Counsellor :
• Graduate in Psychology or Post Graduate Diploma in Child Development or Career Guidance and Counselling from recognized College/ University.
Desirable:
• Higher Qualification in concerned subject, experience in providing child counselling to students at schools (OR) Similar working knowledge and experience in placement bureau (OR) Registration with rehabilitation Council of India as Vocational Counsellor. Excellent communication/written skills in English and the ability to impart instructions in English. Proficiency in, Sports/Extra-Curricular activities/literary skills.
3. Horse Riding Instructor :
• Intermediate or Equivalent from recognised Board, Knowledge of Horse Riding/Risaldar Course qualified.
4. Nursing Sister (Female) :
• Diploma / Degree in Nursling. Five years experience or ex-serviceman of Medical Assistant trade with at least 5 years service after Training. Desirable. Experience in the field, Computer Savvy. Attainments in Sports/Art/Music.
5. Laboratory Assistant :
• Intermediate Science or equivalent with Chemistry Subject.
Desirable:
• Graduate in Chemistry, Computer Savvy. Attainments in Sports/Art/Music.
6. General Employee (MTS) :
•Matriculation (10th) or Equivalent from recognised Board. Desirable: Higher qualification, 2 – 3 years experience in any of the trade field viz Cooking, Carpentry, Welding, Electrician, Driving of 04/06 wheelers, Sewage Clearance, Office Messenger, Computer Hardware Course, Data Entry Course etc. The candidate should be physically fit
