Eligibility Criteria:

IT Specialist (DBA) – Candidates applying for this post should have completed B.E/B.Tech (CS/IT/ECE) or MCA with 3 to 5 years of experience in Database Administration.
IT Specialist (Developer) – Candidates applying for this post should have completed B.E/B.Tech (CS/IT/ECE) or MCA with 3 to 5 years of experience in Software Development using .NET Framework, C#, ASP.NET, MVC, WCF, Web API, and SQL Server.
IT Specialist (Network Engineer) – Candidates applying for this post should have completed B.E/B.Tech (CS/IT/ECE) or MCA with 3 to 5 years of experience in Network Administration.
Chartered Accountant – Candidates applying for this post should be a qualified CA with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, and Taxation.
Manager (Accounts) – Candidates applying for this post should be a qualified CA with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Accounts Management.

Salary: The selected candidates will be offered a salary based on their qualifications and experience.

Selection Process: The selection process includes a written test followed by an interview. RMFL may follow the following process to select the candidates.

• Senior Manager, Manager – Rs.500/-
• The application fee as above must be paid by all applicants by means of Bank Pay Order or Demand Draft issued by a commercial bank payable at “Chennai” and should be drawn in favour of “Repco Micro Finance Ltd.”
