Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Trade Apprentice: ITI in relevant trades (Fitter, Electrician, Instrument Mechanic, etc.) from a recognized institute.
Technician Apprentice: Diploma in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, etc.) from a recognized institute.
Graduate Apprentice: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (BE/BTech) or relevant non-engineering disciplines (BBA, BCom, etc.) from a recognized university.
Age Limit : Minimum Age: 18 years, Maximum Age: 25 years (as of 01.12.2024)
Age Relaxation:
SC/ST: 5 years
OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years
PwBD: 10 years
Additional Criteria : Candidates must not have undergone or completed apprenticeship training in any other organization. Applicants should not have work experience exceeding one year.
Stipend Details
- Trade Apprentice: ₹7,000 – ₹9,000 per month
- Technician Apprentice: ₹8,000 – ₹10,000 per month
- Graduate Apprentice: ₹9,000 – ₹12,000 per month
The stipend is provided as per the Apprentices Act and RCFL norms.
Selection Process : The selection process for RCFL Apprentice Recruitment 2025 is merit-based and includes the following stages:
Shortlisting of Candidates: Based on marks obtained in the qualifying examination (ITI/Diploma/Degree).
