4. Mid Level Health Provider – Diploma in GNM/B.Sc Nursing
5. Multi Purpose Health Worker (Male) / Health Inspector Grade-II – i. 12th Pass with Biology or Botany and Zoology. ii. 10th Std Pass with Tamil language as a subject. Must possess two years for Multi-purpose Health Worker (Male) / Health Inspector / Sanitary Inspector Certificate Course
