UP Postal Circle Assistant Recruitment
Uttar Pradesh Postal Department have officially announced the notification of Advertisement No. 2016-17/2. As per the notification the officials are going to recruit the 1825 vacancies of Postal Assistant and Sorting Assistant posts through the latest UP Postal Circle Recruitment 2016. As the Postal Department is the widely spread postal circle throughout India which comes under the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology India which has total of 22 postal circles divided as per its region.

Educational Qualification
Candidates who wish to apply for this recruitment must complete +2 or the equivalent qualification from the recognised institution or university.
Age Limit
Candidates who fulfil the educational qualification must be in the age of 18 to 27 years as on 1-07- 2016. Age relaxation are applicable as per the government rules such as, OBC category candidates: 3 years, SC/ST category candidates: 5 years, Physically handicapped candidates: 10 years.
Application Fees
Candidate who apply this recruitment have to pay the application fees of Rs 400 for the General and OBC candidates . Reserved category candidates such as SC/ST/Ex. Service Man have to pay Rs.150 through online from 19.07.2016 to 05.08.2016.
Pay Scale
The selected candidates for the recruitment of Postal Assistant and Sorting Assistant will get the pay of Rs 5,200/- to Rs 20,200/- and the grade pay of Rs 1900/- to Rs 2400/-
Selection Process
The candidates who registered successfully with payment will attend the written examination with e Admit card will available shortly. The Candidates who get selected in the written examination will attend the PET test. I.e. Physical Efficiency test. The candidates who selected based on the merit list prepared with these two selection rounds.
