It offers courses in UG, PG and also in doctorate PGIMER recruitment exam is conducted to hire capable & qualified contenders for post of Security guard Grade II, Public Health Nurse, Clinical instructor and Medical Social Worker Grade II / Psychiatric Social Worker.
PGIMER Chandigarh Recruitment
Every year many candidates who are recruitment for the various post of various departments. As the recent notification is for 281 Vacancies of the various categories as Chief Nursing Officer, Geneticist, Medical Physicist (Nuclear Medicine), Lecturer (Speech & Hearing), Lecturer (Biostatistics), Tutor (Bioinformatics), Staff Nurse Grade-II, Physiotherapist, Assistant Dietician, Store Keeper, Junior Engineer (Telephone), Stenographer, Lower Division Clerk (LDC), Dark Room Assistant Grade-III (X-ray), Staff Car Driver Ordinary Grade, Sanitary Attendant Gr-III Posts. As the qualification process is conducted in two stages. Written examination, Skill test and Personal Interview.
Written examination will be conducted for 100 marks of 105 minutes (5 Minutes for Biometric Capturing) duration. It consist of syllabus from sections such as General Knowledge, Numerical Ability, English, Reasoning, Hindi. Negative marking of 0.25 will be deduced for every wrong answers. There is no interview for Gr B and Gr C.Question paper will be in the english language only as each question carry one mark.
Skill test will be conducted for the candidates who got selected from the written examination and Interview process followed for the selected candidates.

Download your PGIMER Admit Card 2016
As the admit card is the important document one should carry to get admit in the examination hall. Officials of the PGIMER has released the e Admit card for the easy download of the candidates. Some of the procedure to download the admit card as follows.
- Visit the official web portal pgimer.edu.in
- In that web page select the tab as “information of candidates” section or from the latest announcement
- select the Admit Card download link which caption as New.
- Then a New window pops up and provide the required information to fill up the fields of form.
- Then click on submit or generate option. It will generate your hall ticket on the screen.
- Now download and take necessary print out for the further process of recruitment.
- Candidates please note to carry the admit card at every stage of process, as it is the important document throughout the process. Candidates who appear for the examination have to show the Valid Original ID proof along with the admit card to get your admission for the hall.
