1.Consultant (Hostels)
- B. E / B. Tech in Civil Engineering with first class or its equivalent Grade in the CGPA / UGC 7- point scale with the good academic record from a recognized University / Institute.
2.Consultant (EMD)
- B. E / B. Tech in Civil Engineering with first class or its equivalent Grade in the CGPA / UGC 7- point scale with the good academic record from a recognized University / Institute.
3.Consultant (Design Engineer)
- M. Tech in Structural Engineering with first class or its equivalent Grade in the CGPA / UGC 7- point scale with the good academic record from a recognized University / Institute.
4.Consultant (Accounts – Hostels)
- Retired/Retiring Officials from an organized Accounts Dept. of Govt. of India / Autonomous Institutions / PSUs at pay level-10 (C.A.G / C.G.A / C.P.O / other such Depts.) or higher with minimum 5 years of experience in pay level 8 / 9 / 10.
