Of PG) in Food Process Engineering/ Food Technology/ Agricultural Processing/ Food Science/ Food Science and Technology/ Food Science and Nutrition/ Food and Nutrition/ Chemical Engineering/ Biotechnology/ Packaging Technology/ Plastic Technology/ Chemistry/ Analytical Chemistry/ Biochemistry/ Food Chemistry/Microbiology/ Food Technology and Management/ Food Process Engineering and Management/ Food Plant Operations and Management/ Food Safety and Quality Management / Food Supply Chain Management/ Post Harvest Technology/ Food & Nutrition/ Nanotechnology/ Dairy Technology. (or) M.Sc. degree (3 years of UG + 2 years of PG) in the above disciplines with NET and 2 years of research experience (or) Ph.D. in the above disciplines.

2. Senior Research Fellow (SRF):

• M. Tech./MSc. Degree (4 yrs. Of UG + 2 yrs. • M.Tech. / Ph.D. degree (4 years of UG + 2 years of PG) in Food Technology/ Food Engineering/ Food Process Engineering/ Electrical Engineering/ Food Science and Technology/ / Food and Agricultural Process Engineering/Processing and Food Engineering/Food Processing Technology/Chemical Engineering/Food Microbiology.

4. Senior Research Fellow (SRF):

10. Project Assistant (PA):

• B. Tech/M. Tech/M.Sc. in Food Process Engineering/Food Technology/ Food Science and Technology/ Agricultural Processing/ Biotechnology/ Packaging Technology. (or) MSc. In Biotechnology/Food Science and Nutrition/Biochemistry/Microbiology with minimum experience in Food Technology.

11. Project Assistant (PA):

• B. Tech/M. Tech/M.Sc. in Food Process Engineering/Food Technology/ Food Science and Technology/ Agricultural Processing/ Biotechnology/ Packaging Technology/ Agriculture and Chemical engineering (or) M.Sc. in Biotechnology/ Food Science and Nutrition.

12. Young Professional-II (YP-II) :

• Master degree in Food Engineering/ Food Science & Technology/ Food Process Engineering/ Post Harvest Management/ Food Science & Nutrition. (or) Master degree in above subjects (3 years of UG + 2 years of PG) Preference will be given to candidates having proficiency in Punjabi and Hindi language
