Salary:
• Senior Advisor – Rs.75000/-
• Chief Consultant – Rs.70000/-
• Senior Consultant – Rs.56000/-
• Consultant – Rs.51000/-
Educational Qualification :
1. Senior Advisor :
• Doctorate in Business Management/ Social Science/ Social Work/ Human Resource Management or any relevant discipline, with relevant experience.
Experience:
• Minimum of 15 years’ of experience in a corporate/ PSU/autonomous/government/statutory organization, with at least 3 years in heading/leading large training & education Institute/ corporate Academy/ corporate learning & development function/ professional education academy of repute.
Desirable:-
Experience in one/or more of the following work areas:-
• Experience in engaging with government agencies, ministries, state governments for large scale implementations of social initiatives, skill building initiatives, and entrepreneurship development initiatives.
• Experience with skill building, entrepreneurship development, SME support initiatives from corporate, government & multi-lateral agencies.
• Experience in setting up sector specific incubation centres, and mentor networks to augment SME/MSME capability.
• Experience in project management evaluation, financial feasibility and funding of ventures.
• Experience in leading projects related to developing & skilling partner network of ancillary industries/ clusters to support the supply side for leading engineering/ Manufacturing/trading organisations.
• Experience of setting up / leading a business profit centre, self-sustaining & for profit social ventures, autonomous institutions.
• At least 10 Papers published in National & International Journals. Presented papers in National & International Seminars/Conferences.
2. Chief Consultant :
• Doctorate in Business Management, Social Science/Social Work, Human Resource Management, or any relevant discipline with relevant experience.
Experience:
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a corporate/ PSU/ autonomous/ government/ statutory organization, with experience in skill development, training &education Institute/organization/ corporate academy/corporate learning & development function/ professional education academy of repute.
Desirable:
• UGC NET/ GATE
Experience in one/or more of the following work areas:
• Experience in learning methodology, learning facilitation, adult learning, curriculum development, developing training plans, assessments & certifications and instructional design.
• Experience in planning & deployment of Massive Open Online Courses (MOOC’s), e – Learning platforms.
• Experience in areas of entrepreneurship development training.
• Experience in mass implementation of learning & development initiatives, developing skill building initiatives for mass/grass root level impact.
• Experience of setting up/leading an educational institute as business profit centre, self -sustaining & for profit institution.
• At least 8 Papers published in National & International Journals. Presented papers in National & International Seminars/conferences.
3. Senior Consultant :
• Doctorate in any in any relevant discipline.
Experience:
• At least 08 years’ of overall experience which should include in Teaching/Designing & Organising Training Programmes/ Curriculum Design & Development/ Research/Hand– holding for economic units in a reputed training/research Institution preferably engaged in entrepreneurship education/ entrepreneurship development or allied areas.
Desirable:
• UGC NET/ GATE
• Experience in one/or more of the following work areas:
• Experience in learning methodology, learning facilitation, adult learning, curriculum development, developing training plans, assessments & certifications and instructional design.
• Experience in planning & deployment of Massive Open Online Courses (MOOC’s), eLearning platforms. Experience in areas of entrepreneurship development training.

4. Consultant :
• M.Phil/ Ph.D in relevant discipline from a recognized University/ Institution
Experience:
• At least 06 years’ experience, in Teaching/Designing & Organising Training Programmes/ Curriculum Design & Development/ Research/ Hand–holding for economic units in a reputed training/ research Institution preferably engaged in entrepreneurship education/ entrepreneurship development or allied areas.
Desirable:
• UGC NET/ GATE
Experience in one/or more of the following work areas:
• Experience in working in organization engaged in Academic/ Skill/ Entrepreneurship Development
