Educational Qualification :
1.Consultant (Medical) :
1. MD (Community medicine/PSM) OR Master’s degree in Epidemiology/Public health OR PhD (Epidemiology/Public Health) after MBBS
2. Published Papers.
Desirable Qualification and Experience :
• Post Graduate Degree MD/MPH/MAE in Public health/Community Medicine/ Preventive and Social medicine/ Epidemiology / Public Health from a recognized University/ Institute
• Experience of NCD Epidemiology, including research and public health response in NCD • Knowledge of Computer applications and statistical Packages.
2. Project Technical Officer (statistics) :
• Graduate degree in Statistics/Biostatistics with five years’ work experience in public health project/health care management from a recognized institution OR Master’s degree in Statistics/Biostatistics from a recognized university.
Desirable Qualification and Experience :
• Knowledge in statistical software including IBM – SPSS, Stata. R etc.
• Experience in handing data management including cleaning, processing and analysis.
• Experience in teaching
3. Project Section Officer :
• Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university with 5 years of work experience in administration/finance and accounts work at a recognized institution.
Desirable Qualification and Experience :
• Working experience in accounts, establishment and administration.
• Experience in handling TA/DA claims and reimbursements.
• Working knowledge of eOffice, e-governance modules.
• Master’s Degree in Business Administration.
• Knowledge of computer applications – Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Able to communicate effectively in English
4. Project Scientist – D (Medical/Non-medical) :
Medical:
• Post graduate degree (MD/DNB) in community Medicine/ PSM/ Pharmacy/ Pharmacology after MBBS with five years of experience OR Post graduate diploma in above subjects after MBBS with six years’ experience OR MBBS degree recognized by MCI with eight years’ experience in medical subjects after MBBS degree
Non-medical:
• 1st class master degree in Pharmacy/ Pharmacology/ Public Health/ Epidemiology/ Life science + Ph.D. degree in (Pharmacy/ Pharmacology/ Public Health/ Epidemiology/ Life Sciences) with eight years’ experience OR B.Pharm with 10 years’ experience.
Desirable Qualification and Experience :
• Ph.D. in relevant subject.
• Degree in MPH/MAE/M.Sc. (Epidemiology)
5. Project Scientist – B (Non – Medical) :
•1st class Master’s degree in Statistics/Biostatistics/Data Science/Artificial Intelligence from a recognized University with two years’ experience in Health research. (OR) 2 nd class Master’s Degree with Ph.D. in Statistics/Biostatistics/Data Science/Artificial Intelligence from a recognized university.
Desirable Qualification and Experience :
• PhD degree or equivalent degree in statistics, biostatistics, machine learning, artificial intelligence, computer science or related fields
• Practical scientific expertise and good theoretical background in biomedical statistics
• Motivation and experience in developing, validating and implementing supervised machine-learning / artificial intelligence algorithms with evidence of scientific publication
• Practical knowledge of development and validation of prognostic/clinical prediction model
• Experience of handling trauma/injury related data or working experience in trauma centres/hospitals.
• Good programming skills in Python
• Highly qualified and motivated researcher.
• A strong commitment, motivation, and discipline to work independently and efficiently
6. Project Scientist – C (Non – Medical) :
•1st class Master’s degree in Statistics/Biostatistics from a recognized University with four years’ experience in Health research. (OR) 2 nd class Master’s Degree in Statistics/Biostatistics with Ph.D. in relevant subjects from a recognized university with four year experience.
Desirable Qualification and Experience :
• PhD degree or equivalent degree in statistics, biostatistics, or related fields.
• Practical scientific expertise and good background in biomedical statistics.
• A good experience in data management and analysis using advanced statistical technique with evidence of scientific publication
• A very good practical knowledge of statistical packages (R, STATA, SPSS).
• Knowledge of using REDCap software
• Experienced in report writing and scientific publication.
• Highly qualified and motivated researcher
• A strong commitment, motivation, and discipline to work independently and efficiently.
