The National Institute of Animal Biotechnology ( NIAB) announced the recruitment of Scientist-G, Senior Manager (Admin & Finance), Veterinary i/c Large Animal Farms Posts. The candidates who are eligible and are interested in this recruitment can send their online applications applications.

Educational Qualification :
1.Scientist-G :
• Ph.D in Veterinary Sciences/Animal Sciences/Modern Biology/Life Sciences equivalent from a recognised university with a strong track record of research, academic accomplishment in terms of publications and patents and attracting generous research funding. (ii) Evidence of leadership with 10 years of R&D experience in any one of the NIAB Thrust areas.
Recruitment on Deputation:
• Scientists or Technologists working in the Central or State Governments or Universities or recognized Research Institutions or Semi Government, Statutory or Autonomous Organizations in India or abroad (a) (i) holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre or Department; or (ii) with two years’ of service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis in Level 13A or equivalent / with three years’ in Level 13 or equivalent; and (b) Possessing the qualifications prescribed for direct recruits, as given below. The Deputation period will be as per rules of Govt of India.
2. Senior Manager (Admin & Finance) :
• Post Graduate in HRD/Personnel Management/Accounts or MBA (Finance/HR) from a recognised Institute /University with 8 years of experience in Administration/ Establishment/Finance/Accounts/Stores and Purchase in a Govt./ Autonomous / Private Organisation of repute.
Desirable Qualifications:
(i) Knowledge of administrative/finance rules and regulations in Scientific organizations, computer applications/financial management of R&D Institution / Management Information System.
(ii) Experience in handling R&D organization.
Recruitment on Deputation:
• Holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre
OR
• With 5 years of regular services in the grade in Level-11 and possesses the qualification prescribed for direct recruitment.
3. Veterinary i/c Large Animal Farms :
• Masters in Veterinary Science (M.V.Sc) with 3 years of experience of field and farm level handling of farm animals and experimentation with animals in a Government / Reputed farm / research organisation.
