Salary Details:

1. Chief Fire Officer / A – Rs. 67,700 in Level 11 of Pay Matrix + DA + allowances as admissible to Central Government servants.

2. Technical Officer / C (Computers) – Rs. 56,100 in Level 10 of Pay Matrix + DA + allowances as admissible to Central Government servants.

3. Deputy Chief Fire Officer / A – Rs. 56,100 in Level 10 of Pay Matrix + DA + allowances as admissible to Central Government servants.

4. Station Officer / A – Rs. 47,600/- in Level 08 of Pay Matrix + DA + allowances as admissible to Central Government servants

5. Sub-Officer / B – Rs. 35,400/- in Level 06 of Pay Matrix + DA + allowances as admissible to Central Government servants.

Eligibility Criteria: Candidates interested in applying for NFC Recruitment 2023 must fulfill the eligibility criteria as prescribed by the Nuclear Fuel Complex.

Chief Fire Officer / A –

Educational qualification: HSC (10+2) or equivalent with minimum 50% of marks + Passed Divisional Officer’s Course from National Fire Service College, Nagpur.

No. of years of relevant experience: 12 years (06 years as DCFO) OR

Educational qualification: B.E in Fire Engineering with minimum 60% marks

No. of years of relevant experience: 8 years (06 years as DCFO)

Technical Officer / C (Computers) –

Educational qualification: B.E / B.Tech from a recognized university in any of the following engineering branches with minimum 60% marks.

A) Computer Science, B) Electronics

No. of years of relevant experience: Prior experience is not mandatory. However, candidates with experience in any one of the following areas/fields are preferred.

• Programming in Java/.Net/PHP/Pyt hon/ReactJS/Anul ar/NodeJS.

• Database/ Application Server Administration

• IT Infrastructure, Cyber Security/Computer Networking

• System Administration & Shell Scripting.

Deputy Chief Fire Officer / A –

Educational qualification: HSC (10+2) or equivalent with minimum 50% of marks + Passed Divisional Officer’s Course from National Fire Service College, Nagpur.

Educational qualification: B.E in Fire Engineering with minimum 60% marks.

Station Officer / A –

Educational qualification: HSC (10+2) or equivalent with minimum 50% marks + Valid Heavy vehicle Driving license + passed Station Officer’s course from National Fire Service College, Nagpur

No. of years of relevant experience: 05 years (as Sub-Officer ) OR

Educational qualification: BE in Fire Engineering with minimum 60% marks

No. of years of relevant experience: Nil

Sub-Officer / B –

Educational qualification: HSC (10+2) or equivalent with minimum 50% of marks + Passed Sub-Officer’s Course from National Fire Service College, Nagpur. Persons having valid Heavy Vehicle Driving license will be given preference.

No. of years of relevant experience: 12 years (5 years as Leading Fireman) OR 15 years (as Fireman/Driver-cumOperator/DPOF)

Driver-cum-Pump Operator-cum Fireman/A (DPOF/A) –

Educational qualification: HSC (10+2) or equivalent with minimum 50% of marks + valid Heavy vehicle Driving license with minimum one year driving experience + certificate course in fire-fighting equipment such as Fire Extinguisher etc from the State Fire Training Centre.

Age Limit (As on 10.04.2023):

1. Chief Fire Officer / A – Not more than 40 years

2. Technical Officer / C (Computers) – Not more than 35 years

3. Deputy Chief Fire Officer / A – Not more than 40 years

4. Station Officer / A – Not more than 40 years

5. Sub-Officer / B – Not more than 40 years

6. Driver-cum-Pump Operator-cumFireman/A (DPOF/A) – Not more than 27 years

The Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC, 10 Years for Persons with Disabilities (15 years for SC/ST PWD’s & 13 years for OBC PWD’s) and for Ex-S as per Govt. of India rules. Candidates Relaxation in Upper Age limit will be provided as per Govt. Rules.
