Eligibility Criteria
Age Limit: Minimum age is 14 years. Candidates should have been born on or before May 2, 2010.
Educational Qualification:
Candidates must have completed Class 10 (SSC/Matriculation) with at least 50% marks.
Must hold an ITI certificate in a relevant trade with a minimum of 65% marks.
Salary/Stipend: Selected apprentices will receive a stipend as per government norms for the training period, aligning with apprenticeship rules.
Selection Process
Shortlisting: Based on a 70:30 weightage of Class 10 and ITI marks.
Written Examination: Objective test with 50 questions on Mathematics (20), General Science (20), and General Knowledge (10). Each question carries 1.5 marks.
Interview: Focuses on technical skills in the relevant trade.
Document Verification.
Medical Examination: Final step for medically fit candidates.
How to Apply
Step 1 : Navy Naval Dockyard Visakhapatnam Apprentice Post Recruitment Notification 2024.
Step 2 : After making the application online, the candidate will also have to send it offline, in which the print out of his apprentice’s profile will also be sent to the candidate along with the print of the hall ticket and check list given in the notification, whose last date is 02 January 2025.
