LIC HFL 264 Assistant Posts Recruitment 2017
The Recruitment cell has been decided to take the biometric data (thumb impression) and the photograph of the candidates on the day of the Online Examination who appearing for the online examination. The biometric data and photograph will be verified simultaneously. Decision of the Biometric data verification Authority with regard to its status whether it is matched or mismatched shall be final verification for the candidates to enter into the examination. Depending upon the number of vacancies, only those candidates who rank is high in merit based on their respective Marks in Online Examination for Assistant/Assistant Manager will be called for interview.

LIC Housing Finance Limited Recruitment has announced the notification for 264 posts in assistant and assistant manager fields. Those who have completed their Graduation/ Post graduation has applied for the post according to the eligibility criteria in particular field. LIC HFL reserves the right to fix the minimum cut- off marks, section wise as well as on total in the online examination in order to finalize the number of candidates to be called for the Interview. Educational Qualification
- For Assistant: Candidate should possess graduation degree with minimum aggregate 60% marks from a recognised board or university.
Having knowledge in computer skills is desirable.
- For Assistant Manager: Candidate should possess MBA with minimum aggregate 60% marks from a recognised board or university. Having knowledge in computer skills is desirable.
Age Limit for Assistant Post recruitment in LIC HFL
- For Assistant: As on 01.07.2017 candidate should be minimum 21 years old and maximum 27 years old. I.e. candidates must have been born not earlier than 02.07.1989 and not later than 01.07.1996 (both dates inclusive).
- For Assistant Manager: As on 01.07.2017 candidate should be minimum 21 years old and maximum 27 years old. I.e. candidates must have been born not earlier than 02.07.1989 and not later than 01.07.1996 (both dates inclusive).
Pay Scale Details For LIC HFL Recruitment 2017 264 Assistant Posts
- For Assistant: Selected candidate should be provided with the starting basic pay of Rs. 13,980 – 32110 and other admissible allowances as per rules shall be payable. Total emoluments per month will be approximately Rs. 21,236/- (depends upon the place of posting) plus Sodexo Coupons, Provident Fund, Medical claim, Gratuity, LTC, Group Insurance Scheme, Housing Loan, Performance Linked Incentive and other benefits as per rules.
- For Assistant Manager: Selected candidate should be provided with the starting basic pay of Rs. 32815 – 61670 and other admissible allowances as per rules shall be payable. Total emoluments per month will be approximately Rs. 49805/- (depends upon the place of posting) plus Sodexo Coupons, Provident Fund, Medical claim, Gratuity, LTC, Group Insurance Scheme, Housing Loan, Performance Linked Incentive and other benefits as per rules.
Selection Procedure
Candidates for both the post will be selected by interview process followed by the online examination.
Application Fee
The Application fee for all the category is Rs. 500 and it will be pay through online mode only. GST @ 18% will be charged on Application Fee. Candidates have to bear the transaction charges as applicable for online payment.
