It is formed by the Central Warehousing Corporation established in the year 1957. The headquarters of KSWC located at Benguluru. It provides logistics support to the agricultural sector. It is a public sector warehouse operator offering logistic services to diverse group of clients. The aim of the organization is to acquire and build godowns and warehouses within the State of Karnataka. To run warehouses in the state for the storage of Agriculture produce, seeds, Manures, Fertilizers, Agriculture implements and other notified commodities. The mission of the organization is to provide scientific storage facility to agriculture produces and other commodities and minimizing the storage losses to support market to overcome from the volatile market places. This recruitment is available for 114 posts. According to notification No: 391/2016-17,Before the date of Application closure as on 4th June 2016, all candidates very keenly applied for the recruitment with payment of application fee as Rs. 500 for unreserved categories and Rs. 250 for reserved categories which should be paid only through online mode. Detailed Recruitment criteria of KSWC
The Educational qualification of the applying candidates should be with certificate of 10th, Graduation Degree, Bachelor Degree, Master Degree or its equivalent which is as per the various post. The age limit of the candidates should be neither below than 18 years nor above than 35 years. Upper relaxation in age will applicable as per the government norms.
