Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification : Candidates must possess a Graduation degree in any discipline with a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent CGPA from a recognized university. Proficiency in computer operations is required. Knowledge of the official language of the respective state/region is desirable.
Age Limit : Minimum Age: 21 years, Maximum Age: 28 years (as of 01.11.2024), Age relaxation applies for SC/ST candidates as per government norms.
Nationality: The candidate must be an Indian citizen.
Salary and Benefits
- Selected candidates will be appointed as Clerks under the designation of Customer Service Associate.
- The approximate gross salary is ₹43,000 per month, including allowances.
- Employees are entitled to benefits such as medical insurance, leave encashment, provident fund, and gratuity.
Selection Process: The selection process will be conducted in two stages:
Online Test: The online test will assess the candidate’s knowledge in Reasoning, English Language, Quantitative Aptitude, General Awareness, and Computer Knowledge. The exam duration is 120 minutes, and the test will be conducted in English. There will be negative marking for wrong answers.
Interview : Shortlisted candidates from the online test will be called for a personal interview. The final selection will be based on the candidate’s performance in both the online test and the interview.
