Age Limit (As on 20.08.2023) : The maximum age limit for candidates applying for the Management Trainee posts is 27 years as of the closing date of the advertisement. The Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC, 10 Years for Persons with Disabilities (15 years for SC/ST PWD’s & 13 years for OBC PWD’s) and for Ex-S as per Govt. of India rules. Candidates Relaxation in Upper Age limit will be provided as per Govt. Rules.
Selection Process: The selection process for IREL Management Trainees (MT) 2023 will consist of the following stages:
Written Examination
Personal Interview
Computer-Based Test (CBT): Eligible candidates will have to appear for an online examination that assesses their knowledge in the relevant discipline, aptitude, and reasoning skills.
Personal Interview: Shortlisted candidates from the CBT will be called for a personal interview where their technical knowledge, communication skills, and other competencies will be evaluated.
Exam Centre: The written examination will be held in Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Bhopal, Lucknow, Bengaluru, Kochi, Bhubaneswar, Vishakhapatnam, Guwahati and Nagercoil.
Salary and Benefits: Selected candidates for the Management Trainee positions will undergo training for a specific period. During the training period, they will receive a stipend as per the company’s guidelines. Upon successful completion of the training, candidates will be absorbed as regular employees with a pay scale in the E-1 grade, which is around Rs. 40,000 – Rs. 1,40,000/- per month.
