Eligibility Criteria : Each position has specific eligibility criteria regarding educational qualifications and experience:
- Senior Finance and Accounts Officer
- Education: Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or equivalent with CA/CMA or MBA (Finance) from a recognized institution.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in finance and accounting roles, preferably in an academic or government institution.
- Age Limit: Maximum 50 years.
- Placement Officer
- Education: Master’s degree in Management (MBA/PGDM) or equivalent.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in placement and recruitment, preferably in a reputed academic institution or recruitment agency.
- Age Limit: Maximum 45 years.
- Hindi Officer – Official Language
- Education: Master’s degree in Hindi or equivalent with English as a subject in graduation.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a relevant role, with expertise in translation and official language implementation.
- Age Limit: Maximum 40 years.
- Hindi Supervisor
- Education: Bachelor’s degree with Hindi and English as main subjects.
- Experience: 2-3 years in an administrative role with a focus on language and translation tasks.
- Age Limit: Maximum 35 years.
Note: Age relaxations are available as per Government of India norms for candidates from reserved categories.
Salary Structure : The selected candidates will receive a salary as per the 7th Pay Commission guidelines. The pay scales are as follows:
- Senior Finance and Accounts Officer: Level 11 (approximate monthly salary: ₹67,700 – ₹2,08,700).
- Placement Officer: Level 10 (approximate monthly salary: ₹56,100 – ₹1,77,500).
- Hindi Officer – Official Language: Level 8 (approximate monthly salary: ₹47,600 – ₹1,51,100).
- Hindi Supervisor: Level 6 (approximate monthly salary: ₹35,400 – ₹1,12,400).
Additionally, selected employees will receive allowances and benefits such as DA, HRA, and others per institute norms.
