IIFCL Recruitment 2023 26 Assistant Manager Grade A Posts: The India Infrastructure Finance Company Limited (IIFCL) has released a recruitment notification for Assistant Manager Grade A (Regular) Posts. Eligibility Criteria: Candidates who wish to apply for the IIFCL Assistant Manager Grade A Recruitment 2023 should ensure that they meet the eligibility criteria set by the organization. The eligibility criteria are as follows:
Educational Qualification : Post-Graduation in any discipline/ MBA/ PGDM/ LLB/ BA+LLB (5 year)/CA/ B.Tech/B.E
Age limit : The age limit for the post of Assistant Manager Grade A is a maximum age limit of 30 years as on 28th February, 2023. Minimum age limit is 21 years.
The Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC, 10 Years for Persons with Disabilities (15 years for SC/ST PWD’s & 13 years for OBC PWD’s) and for Ex-S as per Govt. of India rules. Candidates Relaxation in Upper Age limit will be provided as per Govt. Rules
Salary: The selected candidates for the post of Assistant Manager Grade A will be paid a basic pay of Rs. 28,150/- per month in the pay scale of Rs. 28,150-1550(4)-34350-1750(7)-46600-EB-1750(4)-53600-2000(1)-55600/- (17 years). In addition to the basic pay, the candidate will be entitled to DA, HRA, CCA, medical reimbursement, etc. as per the rules of the company.
Selection Process: Merely satisfying eligibility norms do not entitle a candidate to be called for the selection process The Selection would be done by way of Preliminary Screening, written examination, behavioural examination and interview. IIFCL reserves the right to call only the requisite number of candidates for the written examination, behavioural examination and interview only after preliminary screening / short listing with reference to candidate’s qualifications, experience, suitability, etc. The decision of IIFCL shall be final and binding. In case it is found that any such data provided is incorrect, candidature is liable to be cancelled and no representation in this regard would be entertained.
