Educational Qualification :
1. Engineer Trainee (Electronics) :
• B.E/B.Tech in Electronics & Communication / Instrumentation from a University recognized by the UGC, or an Institution under the Central or State Governments with a minimum of 60% marks aggregate or equivalent grade (full time course)
Experience :
• Essential : One Year Experience in a Research Institute/ Fabrication Industry
• Desirable: Experience in Servo control systems/ Coding for data acquisition etc.
2. Research Trainee (Observations) :
• MSc in Physics / Astrophysics with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks from a recognized University/Institution.
Experience :
• Essential: One year experience in college/ university laboratory or in a research laboratory of a Research & Development organization.
• Desirable: Exposure to astronomical telescopes, observations, data handling.
