Educational Qualification (As on 01.11.2023) :
Junior Assistant Manager (JAM), Grade ‘O’ – Bachelor’s degree with minimum 60% for General and OBC candidates (55% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates) in any discipline from a University recognized/ approved by the Government / Govt. Bodies viz., AICTE, UGC, etc. Passing only a diploma course will not be considered as qualifying the eligibility criteria.
Executives – Sales and Operations (ESO) – A Graduate from a recognized university in any discipline from a University recognized/ approved by the Government / Govt. Bodies viz., AICTE, UGC, etc. Passing only a diploma course will not be considered as qualifying the eligibility criteria.
Age Limit (As on 01.11.2023) : Minimum: 20 years Maximum: 25 years The candidate must have been born not earlier than November 2, 1998 and not later than November 1, 2003 (both dates inclusive). The Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC, 10 Years for Persons with Disabilities (15 years for SC/ST PWD’s & 13 years for OBC PWD’s) and for Ex-S as per Govt. of India rules. Candidates Relaxation in Upper Age limit will be provided as per Govt. Rules.

Junior Assistant Manager (JAM), Grade ‘O’:
a) On joining the Bank’s services as Grade ‘O’, compensation on Cost to Company (CTC) basis would range between Rs.6.14 lakh to Rs.6.50 lakh (Class A city) at the time of joining.
b) Annual increment shall be granted based on performance or any other parameters as decided by the Bank from time to time.
c) The appointee would be covered under the IDBI Bank Ltd. New Pension Scheme (IBLNPS) rules, 2011, as amended / modified from time to time.
Executive-Sales and Operations (ESO): The Executive will be paid a lump sum/fixed remuneration as under:
Rs.29,000/- per month in the first year,
Rs.31,000/- per month in the second year
The appointment is purely contractual in nature. The appointee shall not be entitled to draw any allowances such as DA, HRA, etc. nor be entitled for any superannuation benefits, gratuity and provident fund or any benefits whatsoever.
