Eligibility Criteria: Before applying for the ICF Chennai Apprentice Posts, candidates must ensure that they meet the eligibility criteria set by the organization. The following eligibility conditions apply to these positions:

Ex-ITI

Fitter, Electrician& Machinist- Should have passed Std X (with a minimum of 50% marks) with Science & Maths under 10+2 system or its equivalent and also possess National Trade Certificate in the notified trade issued by the National Council for Vocational Training or State Council for Vocational Training of one year and above.

Carpenter, Painter & Welder – Should have passed Std X (with a minimum of 50% marks) under 10+2 system or its equivalent and also possess National Trade Certificate in the notified trade issued by the National Council for Vocational Training or State Council for Vocational Training of one year and above.

Programming and System Admin. Asst. – Should have passed Std X (with a minimum of 50% marks) and also possess National Trade certificate in the trade of Computer Operator and Programming Asst. issued by the National Council for Vocational Training or State Council for Vocational Training of one year and above.

Fresher’s

Fitter, Electrician & Machinist – Should have passed Std X (with minimum 50% aggregate marks) with Science & Maths under 10+2 system or its equivalent.

Carpenter & Painter – Should have passed Std X (with minimum 50% aggregate marks) under 10+2 system or its equivalent.

Welder – Should have passed Std X (with minimum 50% aggregate marks) under 10+2 system or its equivalent.

MLT (Radiology & Pathology) – Should have passed Std XII examination under 10 + 2 system with Physics, Chemistry & Biology.

Note: Candidates with qualifications viz. Engineering Degree / Diploma and Course Completed Act Apprentices are not eligible to apply. This notification is purely for giving Apprenticeship training and not for employment.

Age Limit: The age of the candidates should be between 15 and 24 years As on 30.06.2023. Age relaxation is applicable as per government rules for candidates belonging to reserved categories.

Selection Process: The selection process for ICF Chennai Apprentice Recruitment 2023 will consist of the following stages:

Merit List: A merit list will be prepared based on the marks obtained by the candidates in the 10th standard (Matriculation) examination. The list will be arranged in descending order, and candidates with higher marks will be given priority.

Document Verification: Shortlisted candidates will be called for document verification, where they need to produce the original documents and certificates for verification purposes. The documents required include educational certificates, age proof, caste certificate (if applicable), etc.
