Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible for the Erode Social Welfare Recruitment 2023, candidates must fulfill the following criteria:

Senior Counsellor – MSW (Master Degree in Social Work), M. Sc (Counselling Psychology or Development Management) + 3 Years Experience in Relevant Field (Female Only)

Case Worker – BSW (Master Degree in Social Work), B.Sc (Counselling Psychology or Development Management) + 1 Years Experience in Relevant Field(Female Only)

Multi Purpose Helper – Candidate should have experience working in an office set – up should also know how to cook. Candidate should be resident of the local community.

Security Guard – Candidate should have experience working in an office set. Candidate should be resident of the local community. + 3 Years Experience in Relevant Field

Age Limit: The minimum age limit is 18 years and the maximum age limit is 40 years. However, age relaxation is applicable for SC/ST/OBC candidates as per government norms.

Salary: The salary for the Multi-Purpose Helper post will be Rs. 15,700 to Rs. 20,000 per month depending on the experience and qualification of the candidate.

Selection Process: The selection process for the Multi-Purpose Helper post will include the following stages. Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview where they will be assessed on their communication skills, knowledge of social welfare, and other relevant factors.
