Eligibility Criteria: Before diving into the application process, it is imperative for candidates to thoroughly review the ECIL Apprentice 2024 notification to ensure their eligibility. The eligibility criteria encompass educational qualifications, age limits, and other prerequisites set by ECIL. Candidates failing to meet these criteria may not be considered for further stages of the recruitment process.

Educational Qualification:

For GEA, Candidates who have passed four years B.E / B.Tech course in the above mentioned engineering branches on or after 1st April 2021, from AICTE- approved colleges / recognized Indian Universities. In the case of Diploma Apprentices, the candidates who have passed 3 Years Diploma in the above-mentioned branches on or after 1st April,2021.

Age Limit: Maximum age of 25 years or less as on 31/12/2023. Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST,3 years for OBC-NC & 10 years for PWD candidates. Candidates Relaxation in Upper Age limit will be provided as per Govt. Rules.

Stipend: ECIL offers competitive remuneration packages for both Graduate Engineering Apprentices and Diploma/Technician Apprentices. The salary structure will be in accordance with industry standards and will vary based on the type of apprenticeship. Apart from a handsome stipend, apprentices may also have the opportunity to avail other benefits and allowances as per the organization’s policies.

Selection Process: Based on the online applications data, candidates will be called for original documents verification at CLDC-ECIL Hyderabad. After successful document verification, selections will be done based on the qualifying examination marks merit. (i.e For GEAs, BE/B.Tech consolidated marks merit and For Diploma Apprentices, Diploma consolidated marks merit) In case of CGPA, relevant CGPA to marks percentage conversion certificate from the college/university should be produced by the candidate.
