Bihar Constable Recruitment

As the Central Selection of Board of Constable has announced the recruitment of constables in the state of Bihar with the total vacancies of 831 for the excise constables . As the candidates are allowed to register with the age limit of 18 to 23 and with the educational qualification of 10+2 from recognised board, Many thousands of candidates who have applied to this post. As the written examination date was announced by CSBC as 31.07.2016.

Recruitment Pattern of Excise Constable Selection

As the recruitment process consist of Written examination, PET and PMT, Medical test . The candidates will get screened and shortlisted based on these process of recruitment. The decision taken by the board is the final decision.

Written Examination

It is the basic screening test to shortlist many thousands of candidates to few hundreds of candidates. So each of the candidate who really wish to crack this examination have to show concentration in preparing for the written examination. Written examination will be conducted for all the candidates who have applied as they will face the 100 question for total of 300 marks. Each answer will provide you 3 marks and every wrong answer will deduce the one third of mark. The fixed Cut off for the candidates is of 30 Percent. The candidates who secure more than 30 percent ( i.e. 90 Marks) will be called for the rest of recruitment process.

Physical Measurement Test

Around 5 times of the total vacancies will be shortlisted and called for the PMT/PET selection. In Physical Measurement test, each of the candidates who have called for the PMT will be checked using biometric measurement for preferred Height, Weight and Chest measurement as per the criteria of the board.

Physical Efficiency Test

Physical Efficiency test is conducted to shortlist the candidates as per the performance of the events conducted by the board. The events are Running, High Jump and Long Jump. Each candidates have to complete all the three events within the required time and distance as provided by the selection commission.

Running event must be completed within 6 Minute for Men as a distance of one Mile and for women to a distance of one Kilometre.

High Jump criteria to the Male candidates as 4 feet and Women Candidates as 3 feet.

Long Jump event distance for the male candidates as 12 feet and for female candidates as 9 feet. For High Jump and Long Jump three chances will be provided.

The selected or shortlisted candidates will be further undergo medical fitness test by the authorised medical examiner of the selection board.

The Final Merit list will be prepared based on the written examination, PMT and PET scores.

Download Admit Card 2016

As many thousands of candidates who are about to appear for the written examination .The admit card or the hall ticket is the only document which identify the candidate to the recruiter as per their application .Now the board has officially released the admit card for the prefered examination. Hence the candidates have to download and carry this admit card along with the valid ID Proof throughout the selection process .Here are some of the simple steps to download it easier.

• After entering the details click on submit button .Now admit card will display on your computer screen. Print out the admit card, so that you can carry on the day of examination
