The TB Elimination Program (NTEP) (NHM) , Coimbatore announced the recruitment of Senior TB Lab Supervisor, Senior Lab Technician (CDST Lab), Lab Technician, Lab Technician (igRA, TRUNAAT, CBNAAT & igRA Testing), TB Health Visitor, Data Entry operator (CDST Lab), Driver (CBNAAT Mobile Van) Posts. The candidates who are eligible and are interested in this recruitment can send their applications.

Vacancies :
• Senior TB Lab Supervisor, Senior Lab Technician (CDST Lab), Lab Technician, Lab Technician (igRA, TRUNAAT, CBNAAT & igRA Testing), TB Health Visitor, Data Entry operator (CDST Lab), Driver (CBNAAT Mobile Van) : 14 Posts
Educational Qualification :
1.Senior TB Lab Supervisor :
• Graduate
• Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology or equivalent from a Govt. recognized institution.
• Permanent two wheeler diving License & should be able to drive two wheeler.
• Certificate Course n computer operations (minimum two months)
Additional Qualification:
• Minimum one year experience in RNTCP
2. Lab Technician (igRA, TRUNAAT, CBNAAT & igRA Testing):
• Intermediate (10+2) and Diploma or certified course in Medical Laboratory Technology or Equivalent
Additional Qualification:
1. One year experience in RNTCP or Sputum smear microscopy.
2. Candidates with Higher Qualification (For example Graduates) shall be preferred
3. Lab Technician :
• Intermediate (10+2) and Diploma or certified course in Medical Laboratory Technology c Equivalent
Additional Qualification:
1. One year experience in RNTCP or Sputum smear microscopy.
2. Candidates with Higher qualification (for example Graduates) shall be preferred
4.Senior Lab Technician (CDST Lab) :
• B.Sc., biotechnology with DMLT or BSc Microbiology with DMLT or BSc with DMLT or equivalent.
• Two years of work experience in related field.
Additional Qualification:
• M.Sc medical microbiology or M.Sc microbiology or MSc Biotechnology
5.TB Health Visitor :
• Graduate (OR)
• Intermediate (10+2) and experience of working as MPW / LHV ; ANM / Health worker r Certificate or Higher course in Health Educator ; Counseling (OR)
• Tuberculosis health Visitor recognized course
• Certificate Course in computer operations (Minimum two months)
Additional Qualification:
• Training course for MPW or recognized sanitary inspector’s course
6.Data Entry operator (CDST Lab) :
• 10 +2 with Diploma in computer application or equivalent recognized by the council for technical education ;DOEACC.
• Typing speed of 40 w.p.m in English and local language.
• Should be well conversant with various computer programming including MS word, Excel and Simple statistical package.
Additional Qualification:
• At least one year of work experience in related field.
7.Driver (CBNAAT Mobile Van) :
• High school certificate.
• Permanent driving license of light motor vehicle.
Additional Qualification:
1.Driving license for heavy vehicle.
2.Knowledge of minor/Routine repair of vehicles.
