Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification :

Manager (VAC & TVS) – Must be a B.E / B.Tech (Mech / EEE) graduate from a Govt. recognized University / Institute, approved by AICTE / UGC. The incumbent should posses post qualification experience of minimum 07 years with relevant experience in project management of Tunnel Ventilation System (TVS) or Air Conditioning System or Mechanical Electrical Plumbing (MEP) in a large infrastructure project, which shall include the following areas:

(i) Review of Design verification and validation documents. (ii) Review of Equipment / material technical submittals.
(iii) Factory acceptance testing (FAT) (iv)Co-ordination with contractor for pending civil / structural.
(v) Management of contractual matters such as Access dates, Key dates, and Variation statements. (vi)Verification and Payment certification of works.
(vii) Interface management with various stakeholders.
(viii) Review of Method statement for installation of Equipment / materials.
(ix) Supervision of equipment installation, pre-commissioning, testing, and commissioning activities
(x) Experience in operations and maintenance of TVS or VAC or Mechanical & Electrical Plumbing (MEP) systems.
Recruitment services

Assistant Manager – (HR) – Must be a Graduate in Science/ Commerce/ Arts/ Humanities or equivalent.
MBA (HR) or equivalent degree from a Govt. recognized University / Institute, approved by AICTE/ UGC is desirable. The candidate should possess minimum 2 years of post qualification experience in a large Govt/ PSU’s/ Private organization of repute in handling establishment matters, recruitment, General Administration, IR & Labour matters, training and development. Invoice/ Bills process, Logistics Management, Document control, Data Management, Managing outsource contracts etc are desirable. Preference will be given for candidates working in/for Govt/PSU’s.

Experience

For Assistant Manager (HR), a minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience in HR management, employee relations, recruitment, or related areas is required.

For Manager (VAC & TVS), a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience is essential.

Age Limit (As on 22.01.2025):

1. Manager (VAC & TVS) – 38 Years

2. Assistant Manager – (HR) – 30 Years

Relaxation of Upper age limit:

For SC/ ST Applicants: 5 years
For OBC Applicants: 3 years
For PwBD (Gen/ EWS) Applicants: 10 years
For PwBD (SC/ ST) Applicants: 15 years
For PwBD (OBC) Applicants: 13 years
For Ex-Servicemen Applicants: As per Govt. Policy

Salary Details

  • Assistant Manager (HR): Rs. 50,000 – 1,80,000 per month.
  • Manager (VAC & TVS): Rs. 60,000 – 2,00,000 per month.
  • Along with the basic pay, employees will be eligible for other allowances as per CMRL policies.

Selection Process : The selection process will involve the following stages:

Written Test: Assessing the candidates’ knowledge and skills relevant to the post.

Interview: Shortlisted candidates from the written test will be called for a personal interview.

Medical Examination: Candidates who clear the interview will undergo a medical fitness test as per CMRL standards.
