Eligibility Criteria: The eligibility criteria for the Young Professional-II and Young Professional-I posts are different. Candidates must fulfill the following criteria to apply for these posts:
Young Professional-II:
Age Limit: The candidate should be between 21-45 years of age.
Educational Qualification: Post graduate degree in Biological Science/Life science Marine biology/Zoology/Aquaculture /Coastal Aquaculture/ Marine Biotechnology or Graduate in professional Fisheries Science/Aquaculture/Aquaculture Engineering or Graduate in Engineering/ Technology related to Aquaculture
Desirable: Working knowledge and experience in shrimp farming operations, farm management, feed management is mandatory. Readiness to work in shrimp farm and other related activities is desirable
Young Professional-I:
Age Limit: The candidate should be between 21-45 years of age.
Educational Qualification: Graduate in graduate degree in Biological Science/ Life science/ Zoology/Aquaculture /Coastal Aquaculture/ Marine Biotechnology or Graduate in professional Fisheries Science/Aquaculture/Aquaculture Engineering or Graduate in Engineering/ Technology related to Aquaculture
Desirable: Knowledge and exposure to shrimp farming operations, farm management, feed management is mandatory. Readiness to work in shrimp farm and other related activities is desirable.
Salary: The selected candidates for the Young Professional-II post will be offered a monthly salary of Rs. 35,000/- and for the Young Professional-I post, the selected candidates will be offered a monthly salary of Rs. 25,000/-.
Selection Process: The selection of candidates for the Young Professional-II and Young Professional-I posts will be based on their performance in the interview. Shortlisted candidates will be called for the interview. The final selection will be based on the candidate’s performance in the interview.Communication will be sent to the short-listed candidates only by email to attend the interview. The candidates who have received mail should appear for the online interview with the required documents.
