Eligibility Criteria and Educational Qualification :
- Senior Counselor – Master’s Degree in Social Work, Clinical Psychology / Counseling Psychology. Preference will be given to candidate with at least 2 years of experience in working on Violence against women issues in a administrative setup with a Government or Non-Government Programs of with preferably 1 year experience of counseling either within or outside same set-up.
- Case Worker – Bachelors’ Degree in Social Work, Counseling Psychology, or Development Management. (Candidates with Master’s Degree may also apply). Preference will be given to candidate with at least 1 years of experience in working on Violence against women issues in a administrative setup with a Government or Non-Government Programs of with preferably 1 year experience of counseling either within or outside same set-up.
- IT Admin – Bachelors’ Degree with at least diploma in Computers / IT with Minimum of 3 years experience in data management, Process documentation, and web based reporting formats, video conferencing at State or District Level with Government or Non – Governmental / IT based organizations.
- Security Guard – Must be able to read and write in Tamil. Candidate must be Resident Of The Local Community.
- Multi-Purpose Helper – Candidate Should Know How To Cook .
