Can a government employee apply for TNPSC group 1 exam?

Group 1 exam conducted by Tamilnadu public service commission TNPSC is the highest cadre job recruitment and also with utmost importance.

The eligibility to attend for this post is a graduate. So a government employee also can apply for the vacancy of group 1 post.

The persons who have employed in government , should produce a non objection certificate ( NOC ) from their department. Only with this , they can proceed with the application.
