Can a ex service men apply for fee exemption in TNPSC exams?

There is some special reservation for ex service men in Tamilnadu public service commission exams. It is necessary for them to register themselves in one time registered.

If registered ,they can avail for two free chances with fee exemption in TNPSC exams as mentioned in the notification. This fee exemption is not allowed for ex service men who is aldready put into 5 years of service in state or central Government.
