Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification: The candidate should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Technology in the relevant discipline with a minimum of 60% marks from a recognized University/Institute. The disciplines for Mechanical Project Engineers are Mechanical, Production, and Industrial Engineering. The disciplines for Electronics Project Engineers are Electronics, Electronics & Communication, and Instrumentation Engineering.
Project Engineers : BE/ B. Tech/ B.Sc Engg (4 years) / M.E. / M. Tech. course or its equivalent in Mechanical / Electronics / Computer Science /Aeronautical from a recognized Institute/University.
Project Officer : First Class MBA/ MSW or PG Diploma or its equivalent course in Human Resources
Management from a recognized Institute/University.
Project Diploma Assistant : 03 years Diploma or its equivalent course in Mechanical/Electronics from a recognized Institute/University.
Project Trade Assistant : ITI Certificate in Fitter/Electronic Mechanic trade from a recognized Institute.
Age Limit: The maximum age limit for the candidate is 28 years as on 17th March 2023. Age relaxation is applicable for reserved category candidates as per the government rules.
Selection Process : The selection of candidates for BDL Recruitment 2023 will be made through a walk-in interview. There is also a special weightage for qualification, experience, etc. bifurcated here.

Post-Qualification Work Experience – 10 Marks

Salary Details:
1. Project Engineers / Officer- 1 st Year Rs. 30,000/- 2 nd Year Rs. 33,000/- 3 rd Year Rs. 36,000/- 4 th Year Rs. 39,000/-
2. Project Assistants (Diploma) – 1 st Year Rs. 25,000/- 2 nd Year Rs. 26,500/- 3 rd Year Rs. 28,000/- 4 th Year Rs. 29,500/-
3. Project Assistants (Trade) – 1 st Year Rs. 23,000/- 2 nd Year Rs. 24,500/- 3 rd Year Rs. 26,000/- 4 th Year Rs. 27,500/-
How to Apply: Interested and eligible candidates possessing the aforementioned Essential Qualification only may appear for Walk-in-Interview in the Institute with all Original and self-attested copies of all certificate/testimonials and valid identity proof (Voter ID card/ PAN Card/Driving License/Passport/Aadhar Card) and one passport size photograph. No candidate will be allowed to appear in the Interview without the Original Certificates
