Steps for filling up the application form
By following simple procedures aspirants can avail for the transfer procedure. First they have to visit the official website by entering the web address www.transfers.ap.gov.in. In the homepage they will find link as Employees, DDO, and Competent authority. After this they have to enter their Employment Code. It is followed by entering their Date of Birth and Mobile Number. After this one OTP will be generated and send to their phone number. They have to enter the OTP in the OTP Verification field. By submitting it the registration gets completed.
Instructions and Guidelines
The aspirant should understand certain instructions for taking this transfer facility. They are as; all the transfers have to be done through Online Employee Transfer System developed by the ITC and C department. And those candidates who are seeking transfer have to visit the portal and give their preference options. The Online Employee Transfer System has three login parts. One is for the employee the second is for DDO and the third is for Competent Authority. When the employee submits their interest in transfer it will be checked by the DDO and if the employee is eligible to have the transfer the DDO will make the transfer of the employee application to the incharge office.
