NABARD Bank Recruitment 2024 102 Assistant Manager in Grade ‘A’ Posts : The National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD) has announced the NABARD Grade A Notification 2024, providing an excellent opportunity for individuals to join an apex organization in India. Eligibility Criteria:

Nationality: Candidates must be Indian citizens.

Age Limit: NABARD has specified the cut-off date for the NABARD Grade A age limit which is 01 July 2024. The minimum & maximum age limit and age relaxation are mentioned below.Age relaxation is applicable as per government norms.

Minimum Age: 21 years

Maximum Age: 30 years

Educational Qualifications : Rural Development Banking Service (RDBS)

General: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with a minimum of 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PWD) or a Postgraduate degree with a minimum of 55% marks (50% for SC/ST/PWD) from a recognized university.

Finance: Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting/Commerce with a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent, or a Chartered Accountant (CA) or CFA.

Company Secretary: Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 60% marks and Company Secretary (CS) qualification.

Civil Engineering: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 60% marks.

Forestry: Bachelor’s degree in Forestry with a minimum of 60% marks.

Statistics: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics with a minimum of 60% marks.

Media Specialist: Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication/Journalism/Media Studies with a minimum of 60% marks.

Rajbhasha : Postgraduate degree in Hindi with English as a subject at the Bachelor’s degree level with a minimum of 55% marks (50% for SC/ST/PWD) or Postgraduate degree in Sanskrit with English and Hindi as subjects at the Bachelor’s degree level.

Selection Process : The selection process for the NABARD Grade A recruitment 2024 consists of three stages:

Phase I: Preliminary Examination

Phase II: Main Examination

Interview

Preliminary Exam Mode: Online

Type: Objective type

Subjects: Reasoning, English Language, Computer Knowledge, General Awareness, Quantitative Aptitude, Economic and Social Issues (with focus on Rural India), Agriculture and Rural Development (with focus on Rural India).

Main Examination Mode: Online

Type: Objective and Descriptive type

Subjects: Paper I: General English (Descriptive) ; Paper II: Economic and Social Issues and Agriculture and Rural Development (Objective)

Interview

Weightage: Marks obtained in Phase II will be considered for shortlisting candidates for the interview.

Final Merit List: Based on the combined performance in Phase II and the interview.

Salary and Benefits : Initial Monthly Gross Emoluments: Approximately ₹62,600 (excluding various allowances and benefits) Perquisites: Dearness Allowance, Local Compensatory Allowance, House Rent Allowance, Grade Allowance, and other benefits as per NABARD policies.
